📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze fleet performance data using advanced analytics tools such as Fleet Management System (FMS) and Geographic Information System (GIS).
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment utilization, reduce downtime, and improve overall fleet efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance scheduling and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Collaborate with fleet management and maintenance teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of equipment issues.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management to support data-driven decision making.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve fleet management processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for fleet operations.
• Support the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role within the mining industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Fleet Management System (FMS), Geographic Information System (GIS), and data visualization software.
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy equipment (preferred but not mandatory).
