Daily, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also work with our clients to ensure timely payments and collections, building strong relationships that drive our business forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and credit control.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Work with clients to ensure timely payments and collections, maintaining strong relationships and driving business growth.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable and receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
