📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels and procurement processes.,Monitor stock levels and implement reordering systems to maintain optimal inventory.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Manage warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and software.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
