📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.,Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.,Track and report on business development activities and performance.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.,Manage and mentor junior business development professionals.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using business development tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
