📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and execute safe and efficient maritime operations.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Maintain and inspect vessels to ensure they are in good working condition.,Coordinate with crew members to ensure smooth operations.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients.,Manage and monitor fuel consumption and other operational costs.,Conduct regular safety drills and inspections.,Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities and the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Captain's license and other required maritime certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient maritime operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and company policies.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with navigation software and equipment.,Experience in managing and monitoring operational costs.
