📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.,Monitor and analyze project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure cost-effective project execution.,Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in cost estimation and management.,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations for cost control measures.,Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost proposals for client presentations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to cost management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation and engineering.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation software and tools.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices is a plus.
