📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in conducting employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
