📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR events and activities.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and development activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related fields.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
