CV Maha Property is looking for a talented Deputy Line Cook to join our team in Sanur, Bali. As a Deputy Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards in food preparation and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Oversee the preparation of food items in the line kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in daily kitchen meetings to discuss menu items and special requests.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
