📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Ensure all pastries meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Conduct quality checks on pastries before they are served to customers.,Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of creating high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.,Willingness to travel for work if required.
