📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.,Support in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and selection.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with suppliers.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analyses.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.,Good understanding of inventory management and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
