📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for national development programs.
• Lead and manage a team of program managers and project coordinators.
• Coordinate with government agencies, private sector partners, and international organizations to ensure project success.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulations and standards.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic program management, preferably in the government or non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, high-impact projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of national development priorities and strategies.
