📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage the distribution process from start to finish
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for efficient operations
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries
• Monitor and report on distribution performance metrics
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics
• Strong knowledge of distribution systems and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel and work outside office hours when necessary
