📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS management systems to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Monitor and evaluate EHS performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant knowledge into EHS strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing EHS management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
