Sentral Citra Medical Center is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our medical services and the safety of our patients and staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient use of company resources.,Oversee driver training and safety programs to maintain high standards.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.,Track vehicle usage and generate reports for management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle any vehicle-related emergencies or incidents promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
