CV Langit Bhakti is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, as well as maintaining our fleet records. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain fleet records, including vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the planning and scheduling of vehicle usage and maintenance.,Provide support to the operations team as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.,Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
