As the Head of Dyeing & Finishing, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the dyeing and finishing processes, from raw material selection to final product inspection. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the entire dyeing and finishing operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and quality benchmarks.
• Lead and mentor a team of dyeing and finishing specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Implement and monitor dyeing and finishing processes using advanced software and technology, such as Protex, DyStar, or similar systems.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives, implementing eco-friendly practices in the dyeing and finishing processes.
• Collaborate with the production planning team to optimize resource utilization and minimize production costs.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs for the dyeing and finishing team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and skills.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to dyeing and finishing operations, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in dyeing and finishing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing dyeing and finishing processes in a textile manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of textile chemistry, dyeing techniques, and finishing processes.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
