PT Wisesa Emas is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflicts, in a fair and impartial manner.,Coordinate with management to ensure that HR strategies align with business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Certification in HR-related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
