    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • Good understanding of HR processes and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
