As an HSE (Project) specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.,Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international regulations and standards.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in HSE, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management in the construction industry.,Professional certification in HSE (e.g., CMI, NEBOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
