📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the patient care environment.Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and technologies.Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.Promote a positive and respectful work environment for both patients and colleagues.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.Professional certification or license as a Registered Nurse (RN).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.Passion for patient care and commitment to providing excellent healthcare services.Lowongan Terkait
