Tanggung Jawab:
Provide legal support and guidance to product teams working on money movement products.Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements.Conduct legal due diligence on third-party service providers and partners.Draft and negotiate contracts, terms of service, and other legal documents related to money movement products.Advise on regulatory changes and their potential impact on our products and business.Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams to integrate legal requirements into product development.Represent Stripe at industry events, conferences, and regulatory meetings.Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the financial technology sector.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.5+ years of experience in legal roles within the financial services industry, preferably in a technology company.Strong understanding of financial regulations, including AML, KYC, and data privacy laws.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of financial technology and payment systems is a plus.Experience with legal technology tools and platforms is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
