📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.,Maintaining a strong network of industry contacts and professional associations.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.,Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
