📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
