Crown Net Pratama is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during special events and banquets. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our events.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and preparation of banquet menus and services.,Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the event venue.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure smooth event execution.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet equipment and decorations.,Handle any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless event experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage services is beneficial.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,Must be able to work remote and maintain a professional demeanor.
