Food Go Ekspansindo is looking for a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team. This is a remote position based in Kuta, Bali. As a Personalia Staff, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment for our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
