📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.,Stock merchandise and ensure the store is well-organized and appealing.,Promote products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional events and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in retail or sales are a plus.
