📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and orders.,Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Prepare and send out invoices, statements, and other sales-related documents.,Track sales performance and generate reports for the sales manager.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.,Assist in organizing sales events and trade shows.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
