Hokian Fajar Laundry is looking for a dynamic and friendly Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and promoting our laundry services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their laundry needs and provide excellent customer service.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Promote our laundry services to attract new customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Keep accurate records of sales and transactions.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Follow company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory management.,Familiarity with using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
