📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and support to achieve individual goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
