📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a portfolio of overdue loans, working closely with borrowers to negotiate payment plans and resolve delinquencies.,Conduct regular follow-ups with borrowers to ensure timely payments and maintain good communication.,Monitor and report on collection performance, providing regular updates to the management team.,Collaborate with the credit team to assess borrower creditworthiness and determine collection strategies.,Utilize digital tools and platforms to track and manage loan collections efficiently.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in debt collection.,Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in debt collection, preferably in the digital financing industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and lending practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for loan management.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
