Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and optimize the financial operations of the logistics and e-commerce division.Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the company's financial health and growth.Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.Lead and mentor junior finance professionals.Provide financial advice and support to senior management.Monitor and manage the budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably in the logistics or e-commerce industry.Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
