📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring of critically ill patients.,Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in critical condition.,Monitor vital signs and respond to any changes or emergencies promptly.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician.,Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical research.,Provide education and support to nursing staff on best practices in critical care.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICU nursing.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.,Experience with advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS).,Knowledge of critical care protocols and best practices.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
