📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Assist in the management of the nursing unit, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.,Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.,Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., BNSP, SIN).,Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
