📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure quality hires.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, applications, and onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
