Erajaya is seeking a Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing sites for our telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for telecommunications and digital infrastructure projects.,Negotiate leases, agreements, and other legal documents with site owners and stakeholders.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure site readiness and compliance with project requirements.,Monitor site performance and address any issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records and reports on site acquisitions and performance.,Collaborate with external partners and vendors to secure additional resources and support.,Assist in the development and implementation of site acquisition strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, property management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of telecommunications and digital infrastructure requirements.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to site acquisitions.,Knowledge of GIS and other mapping tools is a plus.
