📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.,Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet project goals.,Prepare and submit reports on project status, including budget, schedule, and performance metrics.,Train and mentor junior engineers and construction workers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or site engineering.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using construction management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
