One Crown Unggul is seeking a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and eager to contribute to our growing business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store premises.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data entries related to store operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve them promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth product flow and meet sales targets.,Monitor and control cash handling and financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point of sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
