• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, project management, or business analysis.
• Proven experience in managing and executing special projects, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
