📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, digital, and retail initiatives.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with our audience.
• Support the marketing team in developing creative concepts and materials for various projects.
• Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
• Assist in the coordination of marketing events and promotions.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Support the marketing team in managing our retail marketing efforts, including in-store promotions and customer engagement.
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and brainstorm innovative ideas for our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven interest and passion for marketing and creative projects.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
